Base Chakra Wash-out

Kundalini spiraled up both sides of the trunk of the body this morning during exercises. That was with a bliss energy which was 4 inch spikes of glass moving upward to under the shoulders. I was given an instruction, factually it was an order from a Buddha deity in South Korea a few weeks ago to really press on to wash out the base chakra, so I was focusing on that mostly.
Rishi Singh Gherwal gave me an estimate of a two year practice to get that chakra fixed in the desired way in this body for good.
Many students who come for yoga instructions expect instant results, like when they go to department stores and can pick up an item at a cheap price any time of the day or night. It is too bad that yoga is not like that since human beings are mostly motivated by instant gratification and yoga is not going to align itself with that way of functioning.
There are numerous diagrams about kundalini; some from ancient yogis who left sketches in manuscripts and some from modern people who feel they know something about kundalini. I published some strange diagrams myself, all based on my experiences with kundalini in the present life.
Despite all these diagrams, a yogi should still have an open mind and not try to superimpose on kundalini some other configuration from a diagram published by me or anyone else.
Have an open mind, so that when kundalini moves, you can get a conception of its whereabouts and influences.
When working on the base chakra, I perceive it by subjective pranavision to be a brown energy which has the shape of a 3/8 inch disc which is about 3 inches across and which is like a brown cloud of energy. This is usually a dark brown or light brown energy. As I infuse it more and more, the brown energy gets dissipated and then it is clear at the chakra.
This clear condition is the objective of the practice.
