Vibrations upon waking:
Hi everyone,
Sometimes when I wake up from an hour long nap (not so much my usual 7 hour sleep) I can feel strong, pulsing vibrations surrounding my body. It persists for a few seconds and then goes away. I realize this might have something to do with the sensations felt when trying to slip into an OBE? But just wanted some clarification on this. Thanks

They're symptoms of an OBE. You leave your body every time you go to sleep so what you're feeling is either your astral body exiting or re-entering your body. Or your astral body is really "loose" for a while after re-entering.
MiBeloved’s Response:
Apart from what Alstar said, try this:
Do not wake up suddenly, like you are here and then you were there, without an interim state.
Wake up gradually. This might take some training, so that your shift from the astral sleeping side to the conscious physical side, is taking place in slow motion.
When the astral body reenters the physical one, it has to resynchronize with the vibration of the life force in the physical one. If that synchronization is amiss, then a person experiences sleep paralysis. If it is matched perfectly, then the person becomes aware of the self as a living physical body as usual.
But there is time space between being in a dream or being unconscious and then becoming aware as a physical being. So you want to enter into that time space consciously. That takes increased psychic sensitivity and the remove of jolt consciousness or jump consciousness, according to how you want to view it.
Begin by trying to get yourself to go backwards in consciousness when you find that you are awake again after the nap. And also do meditation to fine tune your psychic sensitivity.
