Email inquiry:
My father who passed away about 6 years ago, was a simple person, I had a strong feeling that someone was intentionally trying to harm him, or he might have had a bad past life. I do not know which is true.
Even today during deep sleep I get dreams about my father being possessed by some evil entities, struggling and grieving a lot. I do not know if I am imaging all this or is it something happening to him in the astral world.
How do you view this?
MiBeloved’s Response:
Possession by others is common in the astral world, especially when a person assumes a ghost subtle body hereafter. I may not recall the story very well but when I was in High School there was a school friend of mine who used to take pleasure in hitting others in a hurting way. He had a muscular body which many of the other boys did not have. So he used to hit in spots that were tender and painful and then he would smile.
Sometimes teachers punished him but many times he did it when teachers were not looking or were not present and so he would get away with it. Recently within the last three months as I was getting many premonitions about death, I was with this person in the astral world. I have not seen this person in over 45 years in this body, either physically or astrally, and still I was in an astral place with him which is an adjacent astral realm to the place where we grew up together in South America. He was again attempting to hit in tender parts, even in the astral world.
So yes, one can see hell hereafter. Hell is not just a state of mind; it is actually in certain astral dimensions. Just as in this world we have real prisons and we also can imprison ourselves mentally by destructive lifestyles and thinking patterns, the same holds true for the astral realms.
So the old man is trying to reach you from the astral. Well there is a story which is in many of the Puranas from India, about a person called Ajamil (uh-jaa-mel). He grew up in a religiously oriented family which had a good reputation but somehow he got involved with a street lady. She introduced him into varied sexual pleasure and that got him to be very happy. The woman bore children from him but his relatives shun him because they thought that he had pulled the family down.
Later on, on his death bed, when he was just about to leave his physical form for good, his sensual perception shifted permanently to the astral side. As people would say he began seeing things. There he saw some ghost police who were armed to hurt subtle bodies. They tied him by the neck and began yanking his subtle body to displace it from the physical one.
Being scared to death, Ajamil called for his son, whom he had named after the God Narayana.
The point is that when it is time to die, if I get disoriented and if I begin to see psychic things which are not to my liking and which are threatening to me, I will reach out and call my living relative(s). In fact one major way of escaping from having to deal with resentments and inconvenient claims in the afterlife is to take shelter in the body of a living relative immediately as I would be displaced from this present physical form.
Of course your father is seeing hell hereafter if his life had many anti-social and other unwanted aspects to it. And sure he is going to try to reach his son to get out of it, especially if his son is in a young body which can hatch out an embryo for him. The way nature has it set up, is that even if I do not believe in reincarnation, I will after death, still instinctually take refuge in my child or children or in anyone who is dear to me or is fond of me. And through that energy I will get the next body.
