Astral Body's Condition

Srila Yogeshwarananda wanted me to write this down:

For a student yogi, he should aim for improvements in the astral body, not health of the physical form. A yogi should not become like materialistic people who will do anything for the satisfaction of the physical system at the expense of the astral body.

Of course one must first have experience of the astral body, to understand what it is, how it functions, what causes it to deteriorate and how to keep it in tip top shape no matter what.

Even if one has the longest lifetime, still that does not mean that one’s astral form is in order. Someone who does not live a long life may have an astral form that is healthy, meaning that it is full of light (as in sunlight).

Pay attention to the astral body and keep it in the best condition possible because that is the form you will be using when the physical system becomes uninhabitable.

Yogiraj, for a fact this is not a lesson that you need.

For some time now I have avoided asking this, and it regards Srila Yogeshwarananda in particular.

Does he assist in helping your students?

Does he directly pick up from the Inselfyoga site or does he pick up the concerns directly from you?

I ask because I have read posts relating to and detailing further discussion that had just taken place.

Regardless of the answer I am deeply grateful for his interest.

It is a student teacher relationship. Other students who are my students but who warrant assistance from him directly, are dealt with by him directly. He has to make the choice to act when he feels that he should do it.

Information which he gives out is to be put out for anyone who is qualified enough to make head or tail of it.
