Svadhyaya: Read and studied Ramana Maharshi's commentary of Adi Shankara's "Vivekachudamani" or "The Crown Gem of Discrimination". This is a clear compendium of the path to Moksha through Jnana Yoga and the attainment of the Jivanmukta status. This is the path of the Jnani through Vichara, consisting of the 3-fold practice of Sravana, Manana, and Nididhyasana.
Breath Infusion: Over 30 minutes of Bhastrika pranayama in different postures. This was the first time in a while that I was not restricted from using the kneeling asanas prescribed for raising the Kundalini. My whole practice is simple and centers on infusing and accumulating breath into the navel area to spark the Kundalini. Solicited Kundalini repeatedly using these postures, experiencing several incipient arousals, and continued once and again not settling on anything but full arousal, which finally occurred towards the end of the practice. Using the different locks, I was able to prevent a blackout instead experiencing a full sensation of warmth in the whole head, most noted around the ears and a blissful feeling as well.
Meditation: Concentrated on Naad sound that was very perceptible, as I use ear plugs. The whole meditation was lead by the Naad sound.
Dream recall: There is a clear recall of a dream somehow of mundane nature, but it pertains my teenage son and something he should not be doing for sure. There is a past history of this. The dream even tells me where to go and look. Question: Is this premonition accurate or a figment of the imagination?

It is not the premonition, it is rather the psychic organ through which one gets the premonition or hint of the future?.
Is the organ accurate?
Can the organ be calibrated to be more accurate?
What is the percentage of error in the organ?
If the electric meter always reads in excess of 5 amps, then once we know that we can minus 5 from all readings and we would have the correct amount. Or we can ask a technician to recalibrate the meter.
By taking notes and then checking to see how things actually turn out, one can over time, get some idea about the accuracy of the buddi intellect organ. It does not have to be 100% accurate. One only needs to know its percentage of error and also if it is possible to recalibrate it.
