I have slowly started the practice of Pranayama after foot plastic surgery. Still must conduct it seated on a stool, so raising Kundalini has not been an option.
Dream recall goes to naught without breath infusion, or worst, when occurring, is dictated by digestion or digestion problem, not a good cause of dreams, as in these cases they are usually of a gross, nightmarish dimension. But since my diet nowadays is exemplary, mostly sattvic, it mostly, without breath infusion, translates into no dream recall.
I have concentrated instead in the study and development of OBEs.
Breath infusion: Conducted 20 minutes of Bhastrika seated on a stool. Kundalini was solicited (using Surya's term), but stayed home. No problem, she won't be there forever.
Meditation: After breath infusion I went through the eye motions of Yoni Mudra to activate the third eye. The usual yellow-orange, many-pointed star appeared, I concentrated on it until it faded and then slowly conducted Pratyahar towards the core-self and then retrieved with it towards the back of the head. The main struggle is with thoughts coming from the front part of the head.
OBE: Last night prepared myself to wake up in the early AM. This I did as usual (never need alarm clock). Proceeded to use indirect techniques and was successful with "phantom wiggling", there was separation of arm first, then tried hard for full body but the head got stuck in a ball of yellow/orange, finally was successful and separated next to the bed. Tried to find bearing and floated to restroom next door to watch image on mirror as before, but it was mostly dark and blind, returned to near sleeping body and tried to touch my injured foot, but could not see it, looked at the foot on body on bed and woke up.
Lucid Dream: Went back to try "phantom wiggling" again but fell asleep and into lucid dream. Not only I was lucid but knew the name and purpose of the dream, the motive was "US Astral Tourism", the theme "flying", perhaps there was some other hidden purpose. I found myself in a nice neighborhood, only thing everything was flooded with a 1-2 feet of water. I was on my old boat that used to be called "Bluewater Hunter" now had a Sanskrit inscription for "Brahma Vidya". I started the boat to go around, when I saw a few cages floating in the air. These were cages of iron bars, inside there were US astral tourists, one cage came very close, it contained a granny in the center taking pictures and approximately 10-12 children giggling and enjoying the ride. I was asked telepathically why the boat was named like that and if I permitted pictures. I said yes, and the granny took several pics. In my way back to the neighborhood there was an accident with the boat and a car. A nice lady was involved, I insisted on payment several times, but she refused and then I asked her whether she could fly. She said no. I demonstrated flying. At first it was difficult, but then I could take off for a long while barely a foot above ground. Later I found myself with that lady on a bed. All of a sudden her body flips in the air and faces me floating on top and makes contact. I say no, I am sorry, I am not suppose to do this, then woke up. I see the refusal as a positive sign.

Great dream recall!
That is a big part of yoga practice, giving insight into the instinctive interest of the subtle body.
