Breath Infusion: Pranayama was conducted early in the morning in the backyard for about 30 minutes. As usual, air/prana was infused into the navel area to try to spark the Kundalini. There was movement in the base chakra, and that is encouraging to me as I am doing this temporarily on a stool due to restrictions. Half of the practice was conducted under the sun.

Meditation: I moved into the shade for meditation. After Jyoti Mudra motion in the eyes, the small, many-pointed, yellow star characteristic of the brow chakra was very visible. I have tried to visualize this star without breath infusion, let's say in the afternoon, and it is very difficult, or it is barely visible with a blue hue. Later on in the meditation, I noticed a throbbing light above the third eye, which may be the Lalata Chakra. It occurred while I was struggling with several thoughts that were preventing concentration. A trance-like state was attained after 15 minutes whereby I almost fell asleep.

Dream recall: Was unsuccessful last night because of late bed time and total exhaustion, after a copious meal.

From the description, that seems to be the lalata chakra. This chakra may flicker like a police light but with a bright white only, not colored.

The definite way to know if this that chakra, is that if you attempt to shift your attention upwards, it will shift upwards the same amount so that you cannot see. It is rarely seen directly because it is something like those lights miners wear which are strapped to their foreheads. If the miner raises his head, then the light raises the same amount. The light does not remain stationary, so raising to see it does not help. But one usually sees its light

Now there is another thing to look for which is the buddhi orb which is also a light if you get into the right level of consciousness to perceive it. That does not move like the lalata chakra.

Sometimes if you are in a dark room and a light is suddenly turned on, especially early in the morning, you will see the flickering white light of the lalata chakra.

The buddhi organ appears midway between the centralized core-self and the third eye area, but it is rarely seen. Focus on it is even more important than third eye focus because it is culprit being the vrittis. Third eye is not the culprit.
