Agnisara Tubes in Subtle Body

The Agnisara process is still paying off with psychic penetration during the meditation session after practice.
It shifted however in two ways. At first the shift was to the back a little and then it rose up to the chest area on the inside of the chest near the spine. The first shift caused a mini-kundalini to form and when this got white hot with intensity, it flashed and kundalini joined with it and came up under the neck into the shoulders. I applied neck lock and suppressed it from entering the head which is what Swami Rama wanted me to do during this particular phase of Agnisara practice.
The idea is to pull kundalini into the head of the body and to cause it not to be in the trunk of the body below the neck. Then the yogi is supposed to generate mini-kundalinis by using the pranic charge confined in various nadis all over the trunk of the body. It begins with just finding the subtle excretion track which is from the navel down through the body.
After one finds that, it feels like a tube about one and one-half inches wide but it gets bigger at times and may change into an oval shape. The yogi has to target that again and again until it completely disappears. That happens after repeated intense infusion with breath, with full focus on the tube so that even if a thought arises in the head of the subtle body, the thought or image is immediately dropped into the tube and gets blasted out of existence by the infused energy.
After that primary tube is taken care of, which means after it is annihilated, then another tube shows up which goes from the navel front area of the body to the anus, to a little before the anus. This tube is more slanted than the first tube since at the bottom, it leans back more. The yogi should work on this and then blast this one away with the infusion.
What happens is that initially the tube becomes evident to the yogi and the infused energy keeps flowing through it but as the yogi intensifies everything, the dusty cloudy energy in the tube turns white hot like when metal is near the molten stage under intense heat. If the yogi is able to keep up the infusion, then the tube itself disappears because of the intensity.
Then the yogi will find that another tube or a sliver tube, a very narrow tube appears and his attention is shifted to that wherever it might be in some part of the body or even down in the thighs or legs or feet.
The problem facing a yogi who does these kriyas is discouragement. This comes in the form of the inability to persist with the practice day after day, and also in the form of a discouragement energy which causes the yogi to just do enough breath infusion to energize the tube. If the yogi fails to take help from more advanced yogis, he will not be able to defeat the discouragement energy.
A student yogi, all by himself or herself cannot complete these kriyas because the all-surrounding discouragement energy is more powerful than the will or desire of the yogi. Assistance must be taken from the yoga gurus.
A person, who is down in a deep hole which has a steep vertical wall, cannot climb out without assistance. He or she should not even think about doing it all by himself or herself. One should take help from the yoga gurus.

Clarification about these two paragraphs below:
The first shift caused a mini-kundalini to form and when this got white hot with intensity, it flashed and kundalini joined with it and came up under the neck into the shoulders I applied neck lock and suppressed it from entering the head which is what Swami Rama wanted me to do during this particular phase of Agnisara practice.

Then the yogi is supposed to generate mini-kundalinis by using the pranic charge confined in various nadis all over the trunk of the body. The mini-kundalini mentioned above is not the standard kundalini which governed the construction of the material body and which usually governs the final departure from it at death of the form. This mini-kundalini is one that is created by the infused breath energy when doing the Agnisara practice.
This Agnisara practice is not the standard Agnisara practice which is done with the regular kundalini. This is a practice which is done after the yogi has forced kundalini out of the spine into the head. There were some previous posts where I described how a yogi caused kundalini to abandon the base chakra, then it hangs in the spine and then from more infusion it retreats up into the head above the neck.
After kundalini has done that consistently and has lost its bearings in regards to the base chakra location, then the yogi can do this advanced Agnisara practice. So the mini-kundalini is a minor kundalini that is manufactured on the spot by the infused energy while doing the Agnisara in a subtle body in which kundalini was drawn up into the head above the neck.
The yogi does not create this mini-kundalini but it is created by the action of infused breath. The built up compressed infused breath converts into a mini-kundalini at a certain point of compression, just as in static electricity build-up, there might be a flash of lightning and no one really knows where that flash will be. Once the yogi sees the flash in the psyche, he or she should keep the infusion going focusing at that location, and those breaths should be kept until the flash energy disappears completely.
The idea is to first pull up the standard nature-created (or God created) kundalini and cause it to lose its bearings in regards to the base chakra. Then when this is done and kundalini is kept out of the trunk of the body below the neck, the breath infusion practice changes so that the yogi causes minor kundalinis to form (mini-kundalinis) in various parts of the trunk of the subtle body according to the degree of infusion. These mini-kundalinis are not the standard kundalini.
Srila Yogeshwaranand used to say sometimes that there was no kundalini in the subtle body. Therefore what was he talking about? Obviously he was speaking of his subtle body in which he had eliminated the standard kundalini.
