A Lower Astral Plane

Last night my astral body got in touch with a relative of mine who is an alcoholic. This person is a respectable alcoholic meaning that he does not misbehave when under the influence. He holds a very good job and lives peaceably with his spouse. But still he has this addiction to alcohol.
I was with him discussing some matters, which from the spiritual view point are trivial. Soon after that my astral body appeared in another place, in a location where a teacher was instructing some adult students in how to throw some wooden blocks.
One of the students disregarded the instruction and tried to hit the teacher in the head with the block. The mind of the teacher caused the object to deflect so that every time the student would try to hit the teacher, the student failed in the attempt.
This student then stood aside in confusion and resentment. Then some other students, about 4 of them, came to the instructor and did as he instructed.
Just after this, they all left the room except for the student who tried to assault the teacher. I was left in the room with that student.
This person took up the block from a table and tried to hurl it my way. I was lying on my back as a result of the force of this person’s will. I used my will to deflect the block and as a result every time the student would try to hurl the block, it would remain stuck to his hand. He got more and more annoyed at this and tried repeatedly.
In the distance the teacher and the other students were leaving the premises. I called for help and even though they looked back, they kept walking away.
Because this happened astrally when my astral body was near the physical one, my physical body imitated the actions of the astral form. The physical body called for help which woke Marcia Beloved who was nearby.
I realized later that the other students and the teacher did not see my astral form. They only saw the form of the malicious student. They ignored my call for help because they assumed that it was coming from him.
They heard my voice but they did not see my form. They only saw his astral form and so they assumed he was pulling a prank.

The question may be asked as to why I was in that place:
And the usual question is: What is the significance of that dream?
First of all the only significance is that I have a relationship with this alcoholic relative which causes my subtle body to be in association with his on occasion. To see me astrally, he cannot come to my astral level. This really means that my astral body has to be de-energized, where it goes to the level of his astral form.
Once that is accomplished, then my astral form would be subjected to whatever horrors occur on that lower astral plane.
If you live in an uptown environment, which is restricted and which has a tight security presence, then your friend who lives in the run-down part of town may be barred from entering your neighborhood. This means that you will have to go to his area to meet him.
However going to his area, may carry with it the danger of encountering gangs and criminals. Each astral location, like the physical world, has its environment with advantages and disadvantages. Your astral body is under those influences when it is synchronized into a particular plane.
When I resumed consciousness of my physical body, I took notes about the experience. I also realized, from the condition of the physical body, that it picked up on the astral experiences and had imitated that.
I decided to check to see if a window which was left partially opened was still allowing air to enter the room. The window had slid down and was closed. I reset it to allow fresh air.
This is important because if the sleeping physical body has no access to fresh air. The astral form will be de-energized which means that it will astral project into a lower astral plane.
