Om Namo Sivaya.
Jai Sri Radha-Krsna.
Namaskar to all.
So I have failed on doing my fast. At this time that is impractical.
I realize that naad yoga is really the only way to accomplish it. I write this with a smiling face. I must master going to naad without fail on a daily basis.
Then think of increasing austerity.
Anyway.
Breath infusion session was nice this morning. I tried for a 40 min session but only could do 30.
15 min meditation session and ended.

I saw it coming, but didn't wanna say anything. Been there done that. You can squeeze the Kundalini so much, and no more.
The reason I thought you would fail was the emphasis in engaging others onto the program and asking for support, which showed that you not only were unsure, but did not, in your heart, consider it doable. This is a common subterfuge that many of us use, but do not feel bad and move forward. Take it by steps, you can't eat the whole cake at once, or material nature will take vengeance on you big time. It is better to pass by without being noticed.
Chinese Story:
Several inmates in a Jap concentration camp planned an escape, and cut open a barbed wire fence. A Jap guard was standing nearby, armed, it was pitch black. An American tries to pass through and made some noise. The guard ask "who's there?", the American answers "meeow". The guard let it go. Now the Russian tries and again there is a little noise. Guard yells "Who's there?". The Russian goes "meeoow". Nothing happens. Now comes a Chinese prisoner, as he tries to pass through again a little noise is created. The guard, hesitatingly asks: "Who's there?". The Chinese answers, with a Chinese accent: "Another cat"...Bang!

MiBeloved's Response:
Don’t know where you are going with this or where you got this, if it was inspired or just something you created as a standard for practice.
However it is not coming from me. Just want to clarify that.
The rule for the length of practice is not time but infusion fullness.
Stop when you feel that the subtle body is fully infused. First you work on the trunk and other parts (if appropriate at your stage), then the neck and head.
Then make one final check and if you are satisfied, then stop, sit and meditate.
What does time have to do with it?

Today after breath infusion this morning I felt very relaxed. I barely felt my body as I meditated in the recliner. It was nice.

Glad to hear you are getting something out of breath infusion, Jettins.
It takes a little while to catch on to it.
Keep practicing!

I will continue. Thanks.
