Material Nature/ Prakrti: She is also the Mother of Intelligence!

As the core-self is factually immaterial both in substantive term and objective functionality, the self can only mostly identify with the intelligence or the mind, or maybe the emotions, any such socially oriented subtle appendage(s).

So, although the intelligible beings see themselves as the actors, they can never be more than material subjects investing their essential energy in Nature as a means for its movements or "evolution", which they in turn enthusiatically appropriate. This reasoning is not acceptable or accessible to the materialists, religious or otherwise.

Proper mystics and spiritualists ought to consistently participate in the inevitable investment of their essential energy in the material arena, but always maintain sufficient objectivity to vow for detachment regarding all forms of resulting manifestations.
