  • I have listened to it. It is extraordinarily enlightening of human behavior and discusses the genealogy of the clans.

    And ends it by saying, "now the reader will understand the essence of incarnation".

    Some interesting and less heard of tales are:

    1. Yayati's life sketch
    2. Pandu's wives tacit battle to get better sons and power struggle
    3. Karna's media image is broken (truth is ugly, when you read it)
    4. Markendaya rishi speaking to Yudishtra
    5. Dhriastra's character sketch (very raw and revealing)
    6. Yudishtra's character is stunning and remarkable

    The author did not polish many fine details, so it could be disturbing for culturally conditioned people.

    I enjoyed and learned a lot about human characteristics.
