UPDATE

I took a nap earlier today. A voice started talking to me after I fell to sleep and while in was in a trance, just before an OBE. I had a short conversation with him. He must have been the one who spoke telepathically first. He said he was really there when I asked him. But the conversation was in my head, I didn't leave the body. His internal voice was different sounding than mine. I gave him a word (I still remember the word), I told him to say it to me when he talks to me again. He repeated the word, and said OK. I recognized who it was, it was a person that is posting in my Forum and that I am giving encouragement to. I don't think he is going to remember, or it might have happened at a level in which it will not be possible for him to remember, but it was pretty neat.

I didn't plan for it, it happened spontaneously. I don't have many experiences of this kind, what Michael said might be sinking in my mind at some level. I lost lucidity after that.  I woke up feeling satisfied, wasn't sure why until about 30 seconds later that I remembered this had occurred.

There should be no time delay unless the observing self is located in another chamber of the mind and is out of touch with the chamber which receives the telepathic input. The time delay is there because the observing self is not in the right contact position. When astronauts are on the moon, it takes 4 minutes or so for a message to reach them and visa versa.

The observing self can change its default position and then the delay would no longer be there.  These positions are psychic positions and also positions in reference to the analytic orb which is the psychic organ in the subtle body which picks up the message.

The organ has its own way of operation where it screens stuff before the observing self can get access to that information but you can change this over time. The boy's parent set the computer so that the boy cannot see pornography but the boy has to learn how to reset the computer so that nothing is filtered out automatically.
