I was asked to explain the reason for this title since the article didn't give any explanation.
When I came across this story, I felt this sense of a deja vu within the mind that this family has experience an exact similar fate before. I couldn't trace back the "time-history" of the deja vu hence the repeating aspect of it recurring.
Where's the compassing?
I was thinking "why does nature keep allowing this to happen?"
