Complexity of a Bomb

This video gives an overview of the complexity of a hydrogen bomb. Some of the information may be applied to inSelf Yoga™ because of the complexity of that system of breath infusion and the meditation which follows.

On occasion a yogi finds that compound energies in the subtle body implode or explode and render brillant lights and bliss energy. This is similar to the radiance emited by nuclear explosions.

In another sense, just as the bombs reap wholesale destruction, so does breath infusion.
