      Universal Basic Income would certainly not allow someone to move to NY and get an apartment unless the apartment be subsidized contrary to the interviewer is stating.

      UBI does not have to be minimum wage. IMO, there will be those who don't mind making out in life with just enough, and there will still be greed, so it deserves a good try. Folks will still pursue their passion and instincts.

      Yeah but Andrew Young could not express how he would fund UBI of 1000 USD to all Americans, regardless of income.
