As I think about that statement, I also see that nothing, absolutely nothing would stand in the definition of human and the meaning of humanity without this auspicious planetary, and cosmological environment, that is providing and promoting all manners of life, yet being haphazardly destroyed, by human defects (this time), which in turn are also inherent to these dimensions of the environment itself.
