Tibetan Kundalini Yoga Postures

    • IMHO these postures are all at an intermediary level only. My comparison is based on learning and applications I obtained from my Bhastrika Pranayama and inSelf Yoga Teacher, Rishi Deva Micheal Beloved. Additionally, I have yet to read the extensive narrative supporting the visuals.

They are however only drawings, not in motion images. Also, it can be assumed that the mystic dimension of these mystic yogis is likely to be highly advanced based on the environment and the possibility to isolate and dedicate to the path wholeheartedly. Should that be the case then their situation is far preferable.

Critically, whether in the physical dimension or that in conjunction with the subtle, or more elevated frequencies of existence, it is the commitment over the long hall that is of durable effect, as the environments and their inherent circumstances will vary. The consistency of the commitment to the path of advanced and mystic yoga is the real determinant factor.

That strand of energy cannot be bestowed by any teacher, it is only part of the individual practitioner’s own deep seated aspirations and determination to permanently subscribe to this path of psycho-emotional elevation. Overall, I don't see a difference from what these mystics are doing, and what is taught here on inSelf Yoga.

      • Their system is the same system as stated by Suryananda. They do it in motion but it cannot be seen because these were old illustrations but you can get some idea from some other youtube videos, perhaps.

They arouse and manipulate kundalini to change its configuration and intentions to make the subtle body transit to higher planes where the objective for existence has nothing to do with physical history on this planet or anywhere else.
