This body is down and out with sinus infection. Breath infusion practice was not done today.
Chanted 11 out of 16 rounds of Maha mantra today.
Fasted on lemon water with salt today and two tiny servings of salted butter. About the size of half my thumb.

warm up was 15 min. The last 10 min was meditation. The time in between was the infusion.
On my first infusion of air kundalini rose. The rest of the time I was working on trying to destroy the pressure that was in my abdomen.

Awoke at 4am. Here is a screen shot of the overall session. Warm up included, lasted 10 minutes. Meditation observation is also included, unfortunately it was short. Also ten minutes. I took too long to start this morning.
Kundalini rose, I felt cleaner. At the end of the session I felt a twinge twitchy feeling that lasted about 15 seconds on my left temple area.
Meditation was simply  repeating Om Namo Shivaya.
